Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Liberi+ (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

Liberi+ is a personal wellness and recovery tracking application designed to help users monitor their progress, manage cravings, and access supportive resources. The App is intended as a supportive tool and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Medical Disclaimer

Important Notice:

Liberi+ is not a medical device and should not be used as a replacement for professional healthcare. If you are experiencing a medical emergency or mental health crisis, please contact emergency services or a healthcare professional immediately. The App provides general wellness information and tracking tools only.

User Accounts

Account creation is optional. If you choose to create an account, you are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

Subscription Terms

Liberi+ offers premium features through subscription plans:

  • Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • You can manage and cancel subscriptions through your device's app store settings
  • Refunds are handled according to Apple's or Google's refund policies

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the App
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Liberi+ are owned by ROMTEKAPPS and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ROMTEKAPPS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of data or any health-related consequences.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
